Leadership/Organisation/Product Development Expert and Entrepreneur (We Are Movement, Ljudlabbet & Machine Behaviour & Rädda En Art)

About:
I am an experienced leader, with decades of hands-on experience as an entrepreneur, manager, and leader across a diverse range of industries. I am also a sought-after keynote speaker on leadership, management, and agile product development, a highly regarded mentor and advisor, one of the Transformational Leadership trainers (Utvecklande Ledarskap) certified by the Swedish Defence Academy, and one of the global SAFe Fellows.

Creative leadership:
My background includes building and leading some of the world’s best videogame development teams, and I am an award-winning sound and music producer.

Philanthropy:
Outside of work, my community engagement takes many forms. I am a trained and active Climate Reality Leader for the international Al Gore-led initiative “The Climate Reality Project” and actively engaged in building a sustainable community where I live as part of the local community board. I am also a board member of the Swedish “Rädda En Art” foundation, which is focused on finding and funding solutions to our local biodiversity challenges.
